Tsavo National Park was established in 1948 and later divided into Tsavo East and West, divided by Nairobi-Mombasa railway. Once home to the notorious “Man-eaters of Tsavo”, the park is a very popular venue with tourists and its history is just as captivating.

HOW TO GET THERE

By Road
Via Voi gate or Manyani gate- Use these gates when approaching from Nairobi through Voi
Via Bachuma gate- Use this gate when approaching from Mombasa

By Air

Use any one of the 6 airstrips in the southern section or 13 in the northern section which mainly cater for chartered light aircraft
